There is no subscription and no monthly fee. Continuous monitoring, detection, evidence and case management are included on every plan; what the plan sets is how large a portfolio and team it covers, and the success-fee percentage that applies. The fee is calculated only from money actually recovered — never from a potential or estimated figure, and only once the outcome has been evidenced and independently verified by a second reviewer.

The success fee applies whichever way a claim reaches the counterparty — DUEFORM's automated submission or a manual channel you complete yourself — since the fee reflects the detection and evidence work, not who sends the final request. No minimum fee: the percentage alone scales with the amount recovered. Free and Growth fee percentages above are standard and fixed; Enterprise fee terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Success fees are quoted exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. A signed fee agreement must be on file before any case can be submitted to a counterparty, and verification of a recovery is always carried out by someone other than the person who owns the case.
